Description:

VWR's Clean Room Wipes are nonwoven, non-sterile wipes designed to offer exceptional performance in maintaining cleanliness and controlling spills in ISO Class 6 (FED-STD-209E Class 1000/M4.5) and other less critical environments. The wipes are made from a unique blend of 55% polyester and 45% cellulose, providing the ideal combination of strength, absorbency, and softness.

Manufactured using hydroentanglement technology, these wipes are designed to be low-linting, ensuring that particles do not contaminate the environment. They are free from silicon, amides, and DOP contamination, making them safe for use in cleanroom environments where sterility is critical. The wipes are vacuum-packed in solvent-safe, cleanroom-compatible polyethylene bags, each labeled for easy identification and compliance.

With a basis weight of 68 ±3 g/m², these wipes offer excellent tensile strength and absorbency, with an extrinsic absorbency of 308 ml/m² and an intrinsic absorbency of 4.7 ml/g. Their soft edges and high absorbency make them perfect for wiping delicate surfaces without scratching or leaving residue.
