COBETTER Corevital® SMD Capsule Filter with Double-layer Hydrophilic PVDF Membrane C01/C02/C03

Brand Name: COBETTER

Category: Capsule Filters

Summary:

The COBETTER Corevital® SMD Capsule Filter series C01, C02, and C03, featuring double-layer hydrophilic PVDF membranes, provides high flow rates, low protein binding, and efficient bacteria and particulate retention for optimal sterile filtration in bioprocessing applications.

Description:

The COBETTER Corevital® SMD Capsule Filter series, available in models C01, C02, and C03, is designed for superior sterile filtration in bioprocessing applications. These filters feature a double-layer hydrophilic PVDF membrane, offering exceptional bacteria and particulate retention with minimal protein binding. The filtration areas range from 180cm² (C01) to 660cm² (C03), accommodating a variety of filtration needs. These filters can operate at maximum temperatures of 80°C and withstand differential pressures up to 0.55 MPa at 25°C and 0.1 MPa at 80°C. The robust construction, including polypropylene core, cage, end cap, and capsule shell, ensures high durability and chemical compatibility. Ideal for buffer filtration, sterile filtration of final products, and cell culture media, these capsule filters are essential for maintaining sterile conditions in bioprocessing environments.
